Sticks And Stones; the faces we see in Nature – Part 3

Dartmouth Crossing looks like the surface of the moon with so many rocks. Unlike most modern cities, Halifax chooses to leave the stones and boulders exposed instead of planting grass. There are a number of areas here that have very cool boulders and stones. The textures and shapes of these stones here are spectacular. The next time you’re at Costco in Dartmouth Crossing be sure to look up toward that grass area near the traffic lights. There is so much more to explore beyond the lights.

Swirls and faces.

‘Z’ written on the utility pole. A nearby boulder says ‘Barber’ on it. This is across from Costco.
